Internships

Do you wonder what your calling is in life?
Would you like to learn what it takes to serve in campus ministry?
Have you given any thought to how to make your work and life more meaningful?
Do you want to find out where in the "work world" your skills and passions fit?

Current Opportunties

  • Ministry Internships – primary purpose is to enable eligible students to explore possibility of a call to professional or ordained ministry. Sites for ministry internships are parishes, local congregations, church camps, church ministries, campus ministry organizations, and faith-based nonprofits.  Students must be recommended by the campus minister or faculty advisor.
    • Eligibility: Campus ministers and faculty advisors of student religious organizations at Indiana public colleges and universities are eligible to apply for a grant for a student internship.

  • Vocation Internships – The primary purpose is for students to engage in an internship which looks at one or more vocational options and includes a component of significant and intentional reflection on faith and/or values in the context of vocation.  Sites for internships are varied, but the main expectation is that interns will be exploring how the work they are engaged in during the internship might connect with their vocation/calling.
